A good Best Western promotion has returned. Like last time, when you stay two nights (consecutively or separately), you will get a free night voucher to be used within a limited time. I recently wrote about a major change in the Best Western Rewards program. The highest redemption level went from 36,000 up to 70,000 points. Yikes. But after an initial search of various destinations I clung to the hope that redemption opportunities at the lower levels would perhaps be more readily available after the adjustment. While I was playing around on the Best Western Rewards website over the weekend, I happened to notice a hotel with a redemption rate of 56,000 points per night. Hmm… I thought the highest point rate was 36,000? Upon further searching I found some hotels at 70,000 points per night. Holy moly. That’s quite an increase.
