Best Western has emailed members about yet another gift card promotion. We’ve already seen two – one for buying Best Western gift cards and one for getting a gift card upon emailing proof of a gas purchase within 10 days of a qualifying stay. This latest one gets you a gift card simply for registering and completing a qualifying stay.
Register, Stay, Receive Gift Card By Email
For this promotion, if you register and make a qualifying stay at a Best Western hotel before September 7, 2020, you’ll receive a $25 Best Western gift card by email. The gift card expires December 31, 2020. Check the promo page for all the details and terms.
This one is more straightforward than the gas promo since all you have to do is register and stay (book directly with Best Western – no third party bookings). It’s a no brainer if you have any Best Western stays coming up and can foresee being able to use the bonus gift card before it expires.
So, Are These Promotions Stackable?
Can you register for the latest promo, stay at a Best Western, submit a gas receipt, and get two $25 gift cards? The terms do not appear to exclude getting both cards after one stay and only one promo requires registration. You could also buy a Best Western gift card (and get the $20 bonus card) to pay for the initial qualifying stay. If you could then get two $25 gift cards it would be a fantastic deal. If I hear any confirmation that they indeed both work on a single stay, I will update this post. [UPDATE: According to the Rewards Canada blog, these offers are indeed stackable.]
Note that the gas promo goes until August 31st and this promo goes till September 7th so if you’re going to try to combine them, you’ll need to plan a stay for before the end of August while they overlap.
Both promotions are limited to one gift card per member.
And remember there is also the promotion to get 500 bonus Aeroplan miles on stays before August 31, 2020.
Best Westerns in the Maritimes
There are Best Western hotels in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick so if you’re thinking of doing a little road trip this summer (if and when Maritime provincial borders open to non-essential travel) these promotions might come in handy.
