This Bonus Boom promotion is a collection of Air Miles coupons for various partners. Unlike Mega Miles or Shop The Block where you get a bonus for completing a certain number of offers, there are no extra miles with this one. Still, if you’re going to be shopping at some of these stores anyway, you should take a look.
The best of the bunch, in my opinion, is the BMO offer for spending $200 at certain participating partners to get 200 bonus miles. You’ll need to “opt in” for that one and note the list of partners. It’s a reminder that having a BMO Air Miles Mastercard is a good idea when these promotions come along.
The rest, at least for Nova Scotia, are pretty ho-hum. And Lawtons is strangely missing.
For anyone new to Air Miles, I suggest holding off on offers like Samsung Pay, Hudson’s Bay and Rewarding Your Opinions because those easy ones are more useful for the big promotions when you might need one more coupon to trigger the extra bonus.
If you live in Ontario, you might already be aware that Rexall will be leaving Air Miles and starting its own loyalty program soon. In the meantime, it has a good offer where you get 100 miles for a $50 purchase, however it’s only valid on February 12th.
Bottom Line
It annoys me a wee bit that this promo has a name like “Bonus Boom”. It sounds like it would be of the same calibre as Mega Miles. Sadly, it’s not.

I found the last promo to be equally uninspiring. I will only be getting the 800 miles for that one as getting the 1200 would have cost me more $ than the 400 extra miles were worth… would be nice to see them have a 1500-2000 promo. That would get people off their seat.
